Ok, alittle background info. I did my first cycle in the middle of last novemeber, it was 250mg/e3d Test enanthate for 8 weeks. My next cycle was 250mg/E3D of sustanon for 7 weeks. Next I did sus 200mg/E3d for 10 weeks with a kick start of 20mg of d-bol 20mg/ed. So last november I was 185 pnds at 5"11" and ~16-19%bf. I've been off now for alittle over 2 months and am holding steady at 192pnds at ~10%BF.
I will be starting my next cycle November 1st. I will be using stealth Cyp. I know Cyp is supposed to be dosed at 200mg/ml but the stealth is dosed at ~250mg/ml. I will be pinning E7D, My question is: Should I adjust the ml dosage so I only pin 200mg each time or does it not matter. My only real concerns with the use of cyp are in regards to bloat. Enanthate made me hold alot of fluids where as opposed to sus where I noticed very little bloat...the sus I used was also stealth which is more a test blend and not really sus at all (Cyp, Cap and prop...mostly cyp though). Will I experience alot of bloat from the cyp or can I expect sides similar to those I experienced with the stealth sus. Any feed back from people who have used the stealth cyp would be very appreciated. |

nice gains from previous cycles...off topic but what was ur diet like?
I am a lil weary of stealth just cause theres no label but you had good expereince with it? my boy just got off cyp and had little bloat ..he had more with sustanon ... im getting ready to start enth now u said u bloated a lot with it? cause I did sustanon and bloated a bunch? maybe I should trade in my enth for sustanon ... |

I had no bloat with stealth sus or cyp i liked and still like the cyp more fewer other sides like acne. More stable hormone levels. I would just go with the 250 unless you just want to keep the dose low.

As far as my diet, when on i consume about 5000cal/day 50%protein, 30%fat and 20%carbs. I eat 6-8 times a day. When off my percents don't vhange much i just cut the calories to around 3-3.5k. |

Before I get flamed, I am the first to admit that my diet is far from clean but it works for me. As far as timing goes I eat every two hours starting 30min after i get up with my last meal being right before bed. I always start the day clean but it gets worse as the day goes on
![]() Sample day: (this is going to be realistic and includes the crap food i often eat) 8:30am-Cup of plain oatmeal with milk, cinnamon and a splenda. 3-4 whole eggs with cheese, toast and coffee. 10:30am-Protein shake 12:30pm-1/2 pnd chicken, maybe some veggies 2:30pm-Protein shake 4:30pm-brb, getting called |

this seems to be the case....some are working on a better labeling system and disguise but i would bump the 250mg/ml E7D to E4D which will bump you to 500mg of test C per week. good luck and enjoy.

first of all never go by the weight on or off cycle go by how u look second u wont have any bloat with any test if u stay on estrogen blocker such armidex

pain killer your saying u lose 40lbs when your on? how so that's kind of a lot
big that diet looks good exept mc y ds smoking that I think something happens so the food just flows threw in a way..I used to do that and eat a ton and no change in weight if there was it was down not up? but keep up the good work bro...... |
