Yeah, I go 1.5 in the glute, 1 in the delt. On the bigger side, I find that 1 inch lumps up and doesn't dissipate as well, swells ect. I have a smaller friend who just started up and I recommended he go 1 inch, and have a buddy who is bigger and higher bf and I recommended he go 1.5 . SO far so good for all.

On a serious note I use a 1'' 25g everywhere....quads, glute and shoulders and have never had a problem. I would be considered somewhat lean in all of those areas however and don't mind taking the extra time pushing it through the 25g in exchange for less scar tissue...and yeah I bury it as far as it goes. |

i use a 25g 1inch everywhere except the delts where i use a 5/8th it really just depends on your body composition. i used a 1inch on my delt this week and i regret it dearly lol ya you can always back out but it seems to still hurt like there is no tomorrow when you go too deep. i have an insane pain tolerance btw ( i do body suspension) and my delt is making me wanna cry lol just be careful with the lawn darts hun lol
