OK I am on week 10 of a Test E. 750/wk, Tren 240mg/wk, EQ 600mg. The last 3 weeks I upped the Test from 500mg/wk and the Tren from 160mg/wk. The EQ has been the same the whole 10 wks. I ran 25mg/day of Dbol for the 1rst 6wks too and 1/2mg Armidex Every 3rd day also for the 1rst 6wks.
Everybody on this board seems to RAVE about Tren. Well I have gained strength with little bloat BUT I was expecting MORE. I am using the QV HEX Tren. My Leg Press went from 540 for 5 reps to 720 for 5 reps. My Bench Press went from 315 for 1-2 reps to 5 reps. My Shoulder Press went from 85lb. dumbells for 5 reps to 100lb. dumbells for 5 reps. I gained a good 10lbs. in strength on my biceps too. Should I take MORE TREN?? Are my gains acceptable or below average?? I gained about 15 Lbs. in actual body weight too. jb2345 |

sounds like pretty good gains to me bro, i dont really think you need to increase your doses at all. Just keep eating like an animal and you will probably continue to gain strength.

nope those are good numbers, remember a big part depends on your diet and your genetics here, but i would be happy with your gains so far, i am looking at runnin a very similar cycle starting middle of september, so i'm glad you put up this post...How 's your bodyfat %, has it decreased or stayed similar??

It seems as though my bodyfat has stayed about the same. But how would I really check that??

Yeah I ran Test E 750mg and EQ 600mg for 6 months straight and I have to say this worked nicely and my body transformed very well. After the 4 month mark I noticed that I started to platue out on a lot of exercises but I stayed on cycle and my strength continued to increase and I became leaner and leaner.
Your gains look very good mate, you've more than doubled your reps on a few exercises, this is excellent! |

What about your diet? Protein high enough? I gain way better eating 1.5 - 2 grams protein per lb. I use to think this was not true, but I experimented. If I only eat 1 gram or less, I don't gain or keep muscle.

Yeah, I do need to eat more protein. I am 225lb. and I have only been taking in around 150-175gm/day of protein. I need to take in at least 300gms at my bodyweight. This means more of those DREADED protein shakes (YUK). I need to really take 3 per day of the protein shakes. Each one is 50gms of protein. I have only been taking 1/day, sometimes 2.

I am on week 11 of this Cycle (Test/Tren/EQ). I was planning on doing only 12 weeks and then take off for 12 weeks before starting again. Should I run this cycle LONGER than 12 weeks?

Good gains mate, you are running a very conservative dose of tren too, even 240mg EW is low considering the doses of the other stuff you are taking. No need to increase the dose unless you want reduce the dose of EQ and test. At 240mg EW of tren you can keep going if you like, but remember to quit the tren a few weeks before you stop the test, it'll help your recovery.
