I have 500ius of hygetropin, 50ml of test E, 200 t3 tabs. I also have some glucophage. I'm 5'8 232lbs but probably around 13%bf, well not sure, you can see my upper abs but then i have a tube so it may be higher %. I havent cycled anything in a long time. But my question is, what is best way to take this and would glucophage make a big difference if combined in any way. I havent missed a week of lifting in years but i never do cardio, so im gonna start that back up since ive done none in over a year other than yard work. I got a diet to follow, i just need advice on hgh and such. I read through most of the hgh questions but im not sure i read on how or what the diff is if combined with glucophage instead of insulin. Let me know what you more experienced guys think about this. Thanks...

first you need to understand the basics:
- glucopage or metformin helps your body to absorb insulin - insulin aids your pancreas in the production of insulin insulin injections increase igf-1 which has been shown to increase muscle mass if taken after a workout along with a high carb meal. these are basically diabetic drugs and should be avoided unless you are a diabetic or want to be become one. |
