Guys, has anyone had any experience with this product?
It is suppose to assist the body in losing weight by helping it to build muscle to replace fat. Increases energy levels & burns fat? I received a bottle in my last order from BB.com....WTF? how did they know I was over weight......fucking big brother has eyes everywhere...........EVERYWHERE JAISON!!!!!!! |

Its an insulin precurser. Simply put it will help the body release less insulin to dispose of glucose. Less insulin in the system while trying to get lean the better.
That said I have read the Picolinate version is quite toxic. The Polyniconate (sp?) is Niacin bound Chromium and non toxic to the body. |

Evidence suggests that chromium actually acts as cofactor for insulin... meaning it promotes the catalytic action of insulin (@ the tyrosine-kinase linked receptor)... it is therefore an essential element, so theoretically it should only provide benefit when one is deficient.
The best possible reason i could see to supplement with it would be if your're not getting enough of it from your diet and you are eating a lot of carbohydrates (particulary refined carbohydrates, complex sources tend to contain chromium) |

I have used it & not used it while dieting, can't see any difference, so wouldn't waste my money again. But as FFM said it may be beneficial if you aren't getting enough in your diet, so give it a go for your self & see how it goes for you.

Ok im on my soap box again but marketing will have you believe isolated nitritents are better for you than the nutirent as part of a whole food,
Does this not make sense Cromium is not neccessary to supplement |

Thanx BlueHealer, I appreciate your input buddy.
For some reason it arrived in my last order, for free. My diet is pretty much spot on and I guess this stuff will just sit on my shelf till ? |

Mate if you have it, use it next time you are cutting, it wont do any harm. Micro nutrients are best obtained from your diet for sure, but give it a go & see what YOUR opinion is. Tell us what YOU thought of the product. Don't forget the power of the mind, if you think it is doing something, chances are it will, either directly or indirectly
