What would an ideal dosing theory be, as far as dosages and timing, including whether to use one compound or another pre- or post-workout, or pre-or post-meals?

Problem is for the most part these compounds are relatively new and there is no one real way of using it that works better than the others, hence the "50 different people saying 50 different things". I get asked this question several times a week and even I don't what to say, I mean GH and IGF-1 yes but MGF and a few others? And stacking them? Since I haven't tried MGF or some of the others yet I don't know what to say from an experience stand point, and again too many people saying too many different things for me to quote popular opinion.
Guess right now the best answer is to find someone whose opinion you trust that has used them and go with their opinions and suggestions. |

Well, I understand that you would want to take MGF first, wait a few days, then use the IGF 1 LR3. What I want to know, is whether one should just keep taking growth hormone pwo 3 times per week, or if one should alter the hgh schedule so you don't take it on mgf days.
I did find some dosing regimens that combine igf and mgf. What I want to know is, how does hgh fit in? |
