Outta the game for awhile
Hi everyone, I've been out of the gym for awhile, but finally getting back in. Nothing like looking at old pictures of yourself when you were in good shape and then looking in the mirror at what is standing there now to break your heart! Looks like a great site! All advice welcome! Thanks!
