    Default Bulking diet for bodybuilding.

    Its my bulking diet for bodybuilding.

    Meal 1.
    A shake consisting of:
    4-5 raw eggs
    A bag of frozen blue berries
    Milk and honey
    ETC//////////

    these tips works well but do some regular exercise and sleep on time as well as wake up early to get proper body building.

    Drink plenty water, and be sure to eat plenty fresh fruit and vegetable. Rest in a peaceful and timely manner for best bodybuilding benefits. Also remember to follow a suitable exercise program that has some cardiovascular benefits 3 times per week. Stationary bike I fell works best for this.

    Body building doesn't mean eating heavy meals but eating time to time is very essential and a planning is needed for perfect body gain proper sleep is also very important factor you need to rectify.
