Use a program called YouTube grabber, then after you download it, use a simple program like Nero to burn it to disc

the whole series is up there. i think this was part of a video box set. i posted the training for mass one a month or so ago.
there are some short clips from a tom platz training video up there. i'd love to see that whole thing. if anyone's got it. put it up.
