does anyone know anything about this gym?

its at the corner of albert st and lygon st in brunswick.

their facebook posted on may 25th "only weeks to go" until opening so i'm assuming its up and running.

the pictures just show dumbells and a heap of machines. can't see any squat racks or bars...
