Trying to bulk! Allergic to MILK and EGGS
Been trying to bulk for years, after many trips to the dr. found out I am totally allergic to milk and eggs! No wonder why I eat and get sick. So now I have this figured out and I’m trying to bulk up again. What can I do to build size and mass without using the milk and eggs? Certain protein powders also make me ill. But Muscle milk powder doesn’t. I work 12 hrs. days some shakes and stuff like that are easy to chug down when I get a 10-15 min break.

Im down to 185 from 199. and once hit over 200lbs but literally looked bloated like I was 9 months Preg. lol 6' tall, ecto body style.
