Concerns how? Do you mean concern that your doc will notice you've switched from T4 to T3? What specifically are you referring to when you say "concerns"?

You'll lose more weight that way obviously. If you have blood work done by your doctor who prescribes the T4 he'll notice the jump in blood levels to.

Where is your T3 level today ? If you dont know, then find out.
If you use T4 today, you might even get T3 by your doc as a combination treatment. Whats your T4 dose ?

Before you know your T3 levels and got have some knowledge of thyroid disorders , dont take any more T3.

And yes, i have personal experience.

I would say go for it, just run a very strict and long pyramid, with a long/tapered end to you cycle.

In a period where you are trying to find your "dose", it's normal to increase dose every 4-6 weeks after bloodwork.
You are a big guy i guess and if your thyroid is damaged you would probably end up around 200mcg/day.

My advice is that you ask doc to try Armour or Erfa Thyroid, which is a "natural" medicine, wich have all the "T's" in it, T4-T3-T2...
T2 is mucho importante in your muscles and if you have too little T4, there will be less for the body to convert to T2.

Many claims that those have a better effect and less sides than the chemical drugs.
