Super quick, delicious and easy version of shrimp scampi without the carbs!
6oz Raw Peeled Shrimp
2 Tbsp Butter
1.5 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Parsley
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. In a small saucepan combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley on medium heat
3. Place shrimp in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture on top
4. Bake 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
