So i have been training my girlfriend for the Sandra Wickham competition. local novice competition. She SHOULD be doing figure but is doing her first show as bikini, following a figure competition in a few months after breaking the ice at her first show. She has her water pills, everything leading up, the competition is on the 13th of this month. I was wondering if you guys had any advise for her diet, salt intake etc everything that would make her look best of the best and when to do so, supplimenting aswell, any and all advise would be very well considered!
She doesnt have to loose really any weight, maybe 2 or 3 lbs but not necessary she almost has her 8pack comming threw already with an extremely defined 6 pack. So what would be her ideal food plan as she is 131lbs 5'7 exceptionally lean, bf% not sure but quite low. any suggestions or tricks of the trade leading up to the day of competition and on competition day please!
