    Default How to make Quinoa NOT taste like shit...

    Does anyone have any recipes? I hate the shit UNLESS i make tabbouleh out of it. But I'm getting sick of tabbouleh...

    I like it cold with shredded carrots and parsnip. add a little crumbled feta and some oil based salad dressing.

    or you can make chick pea and quinoa salad. A can of chickpeas, with some diced cucumbers, green onions, etc.
    Taking one day at a time. Enjoying life with the kids and the wife.

    That doesnt sound too bad. Good way to wake it up a bit.

    You can also cook it in vegi soup stock. That is my preferred method. A little higher in the sodium dept. but still good.

    You can also pan fry it like rice.

    add Ms. Dash to it.

    Hell and even some franks is good. I put that shit on everything!!!

    My wife is a Vegitarian and my bro is a red seal chef. I will ask them for some other ideas.

    i grill up a bunch of onions and broccoli with alot of chopped garlic and EVOO in a pan and then throw in the already cooked quinoa and mix it all together

    Bake it some more and try adding soy milk and some spice milk powder to enjoy it..
