Default 1st cycle of clen..need help!!

I'm 20 years old and I'm about 167cm tall. I weigh about 67kg. I've been full training hard for about 10 months and I initially started at 68kg and got as low as 60kg, went through a bad stage and put it all back on at the start of this year. I've been training even harder since then.
I do a combination of cardio, classes including cycling and plyometrics, weights and I've been doing an 8 week program incorporating cardio and weights. I do train hard and go gym quite regularly.
I have a relatively clean diet - lots of veges, fruits, protein rich foods

I haven't been able to lose weight, my measurements and body fat percentage has decreased so I guess I have gained muscle but still not happy as I have been working my ass off and been fixing up my diet.

So I decided to go on clen about a week ago. I started initially with 20mcg then increased by 20mcg each day till I hit 100mcg and I've stayed at that amount. I tend to sweat more while I've been on it and I definitely have been shaking nonstop! I was thinking of doing 2 weeks on and two weeks off and then another cycle straight after it.
Would that be the best thing for me or could I even do a 3 week cycle? And could I actually do cycles ie. weeks
on and weeks off, continuously? Or is it best to have a longer break in between a certain amount of cycles.

And is it dangerous to drink alcohol while on clen?

why would you be training as hard as you say you are, eating as clean as you say you are, popping substances such as Clen into your system to only turn around and consume alcohol? defeats the purpose somewhat...

its a bit like going to mcdonalds, ordering the biggest nastiest burger u can get and having a diet coke with it.

I wasn't asking the alcohol question in relation to myself, a query for someone else who wants to do it..I hardly ever drink anymore for the reason that u said.

    My diet..
    B/f: oats, nuts, protein shake
    snack: fruit, nuts, yoghurt
lunch: chicken salad or chicken mixed with beans
    snack: protein bar or shake
    dinner: lean meat n veges

that's pretty much it..can vary..n protein obviously after gym.
And the thing is, I lost more weight when I was hardly eating reguarly n as healthily as I do now..I don't understand.

protein bar=candy bar with protein in it

yogurt is high in simple carbs, fruit is high in simple carbs nuts are cal dense as hell, chicken salad usually=mayo?

there are alot of diet things that could be changed first imo

    ^^ Agreed

IMO carbs and fats should never be seen together, unless it is only trace carbs from green vegetables.

I'd be removing the processed food.

Do you know what % ur bf is at? I'd be guessing that your lbm is in the low to mid 50's if you have only been training for 10 months. So you've prob got about 10kgs that you can afford to drop.

re the clen, if you are shaking non stop then don't increase ur dose further. Sadie will be able to add her two cents to this but my understanding of clen is that you start to get the benefits of your cycle at around the 2wk mark so stopping and having 2wks off is a bit silly. I'd be going for 6wks. I'd also split the 100ml up and do half morning half night.

How many days a week are you trainning. how long for weights? how long for cardio? remember over training can be counter productive at times....

So what's an example diet that you guys might suggest? Especially things to snack on. And I hate mayo so there's never any in my salad, if there's any dressing it'd be balsamic.

And the last time I checked when I got measured and weighed, my bf % was around 23.
That bad? I know I've still obviously got fat to lose bit this time around I seemed to have gained muscle first.

I usually go on average about 5 times a week, 3 of those days are my program with a pt and it's weights and cardio mixed it-45 min. I usually do a 45 min class of cycling twice a week as well as a short 30min abz class that's always before
the cycling class. And I do cardio for about 45-60 min usually. If I do go gym an extra day in the week, I'll just do cardio but I do listen to my body when it's telling me to rest.

So 6 weeks you think to go on the cycle? If I were to go on another one, go 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off etc? I've heard that if you do a cycle more than 2 weeks you should be taking something, for health purposes? And I'm on 100mcg now and my heart has been beating so fast especially in the mornings and nights. Should I decrease dosage to 80mcg or stay at 100?

as a rule of thumb, you want to have protein with every meal. like I said before don't mix your fats and carbs. you have one or the other but never both.

are you taking a supplement with your Clen? it can be pretty friggin dangerous for the heart if you are not careful. you should be on something from day 1 not 2wks in.

I am in off season so, on maintenance atm and having the following most days:

bfast - oats and egg whites
    mtea - almonds and tuna
lunch - chicken or tuna and salad or green vegies & apple
atea - tuna and cottage cheese & salad
    dinner - same as lunch
    supper - tuna and almonds

Ok thanks for the info. Couple more questions, with my diet I cannot stand any type of fish such as tuna or salad so what could I supplement it with? And I don't have anything else to take with clen, and I wasn't even aware that I had to. What's the other substance called.

Get some Endura Max from ur local health food store. It cost about $40. Take one scoop in the morning. It has taurine, potassium and magnesium. You need all 3 of these.

If u don't like fish then have chicken. I hate eggs but suffer for my sport and have egg whites. I just hide the flavour as much as possible. I am not a huge fan of fish either and do likewise with that. if u dont like salad then opt for green vegies (not peas).

thanks for all that. sorry I meant to write salmon not salad.

Do you personally think I should continue for another 4 weeks to make it 6 or have 2 weeks off and start again for another two weeks?
When should you actually start getting results weightwise with clen?

What's the rationale behind the Endura Max? I know tarine functions somewhat like a diuretic and neuron transport, what don't I know here???? THX in advance....

If your focused on losing weight and not fat, you should not take clenbuterol, it has anticatabolic properties and will help you retain or add muscle. Muscle = weight and size. You need to be in your target heartrate when doing cardio, although it sounds like you are burning a lot of muscle overdoing cardio. Also you need to eat the right amount of calories/food and at the right times throughout the day to keep your metabolism up through food.

Clen dehydrates and alcohol dehydrates... if both are mixed your asking for serious cramping, muscle spasms, headaches, and any dehydrating related problems
Sorry if I'm bold, if you give me a heads up to cushion things for you, and I will :) Only some men live, but every man dies

You seem like your set on using clenbuterol but B12, L-carnintine, CLA, and some caffeine, twice a day will work better for you.

    Exclamation leisha4

I agree with what everybody else is saying clen can be very dangerous especially if u are drinking with it.
The shaking is a side affect also you do not have to get sides for it to be working , a lot of people think that if they are not getting any sides that it is not working, also mixing clen with etoh is not good etoh starts off as a stimulant then acts as a cns depresant so clen and etoh is like putting your car in drive then slaming it in reverse only you are doing it to your body,I think u should lower your dosage and see what happens then.
    GOOD LUCK,

It's scary that someone this young and inexperienced in diet and training would be so quick to use a powerful drug like clen at rather large doses and with little education regarding its use.

Honey, get off the clen before you end up in the ER and spend two years training and eating properly and CONSISTENTLY. You will be amazed at the results. There's plenty of diet and training info available on this site. Educate yourself and look at this as the long process that it truly is. There is no quick fix.

But realistically since I know you won't stop the clen, at least lower your dose to 20 mcg split twice a day. Learn about adding benadryl for a week after about three weeks on to counteract receptor down-regulation. Good luck.
