I never thought I would eat tuna for breakfast but this is pretty good.


4 egg whites
1 can of tuna
2 Tbs of low fat Miracle whip
some diced onions and green or red peppers ( whatever you want )

Fry the omelette with pan spray, stir the vegetables together with the tuna salad, then when the omelette is almost done, put the tuna salad on one side of the omelette ( giving the tuna time to heat up ) after less than 1 min. fold your omelette and put it on your plate


1 g of fat, 8 g's of carbs, and 52 g's of protein! ( 280 Calories )
