    Default 9/15 workout

    Instead of posting all my workouts I've deceided to just post the occational highlight.

    9/15
    bench: index on rings
    135 x3
    183 x3
    205 x3
    255 x3
    315 x3 *added (A/S) Katana (seated the arms and kept the collar as high as possible) and 4 board*
    405 x3 *3 board*
    455 x3 *2 board*
    475 x3 *same*
    500 x0 *no board* form was all fucked up
    500 x0 *same thing, kept touching too low and didn't transition smoothly on the decent*


    This was the first workout with the Katana. Overall, very please with the shirt. Considering the chest pannel is too big and I kept the collar so high that it was choking me, I still got a ton of support.

    I've got two maybe three more workouts in the shirt before the meet. My goal is 515-530, but getting an official 500 wouldn't be too bad either.

    so you got one of the first batch katana's with the big chest plate?

    No, I don't think it's one of those, I bought this one from "LiftingLarge" one of the authorized dealers. I said the panel is too big because I didn't have any red marks on the sides of my chest like I normally do with the 48F6, the katana is a 50.
