    Default fish/pasta

    calamari
    shrimp
    scallops

    aspargus
    pope tomatoes
    artichoke hearts

I sauteed the tomatoes (cut in wedges) asparagus, artichoke hearts and threw in a can of sliced olives put that aside,

boiled a pound of angel hair pasta

sauteed the shrimp and scallops in a lil olive oil and garlic

then threw it all together, then threw in the calamari so it would not be overcooked (steam from the veggies and pasta cooked it perfectly)

was a nice light meal, everyone enjoyed it....

make su re the tomatoes are very ripe so they produce a lot of juice since there's no sauce on this, if necessary add a lil olive oil

Cutie, do you have a big problem with white pasta? I don't mind wheat, but it's like grainy and stuff, and usually just avoid it. How much do you avoid white pasta?
