Hey guys...so my goal yesterday was to double 595 on the deadlift(equipment free of course) and i pulled the first then lost my balance a bit...but it was easy so i decided to go alittle higher for a single...fucking nailed 605(new pr...old was 595)...next week im actually gonna work up to a 1 rep max..the goal is 620...so wish me luck(hopefully i'll get a vid of it) oh yea weight right now is a solid 225...on another not this morning i used 125 for 6 on the incline bench and then naile 135 for 5...i know im rambling right now, but im on a high and i know u guys are pretty much the only ones who will listen or appreciate it lol...i'll stay up to date on the deads....thanks

ive always wanted to but never got into it bc i have no one left at my gym who does it...im 23 and to be honest i have no one to follow....there were a few strong strong men at my gym, but they got in a fight with the owner...now my dead is the gym best...but it used to be 1060 lol...so one day i wanna just dont know where to get started...my bench isnt up to par with the dead though...I squat like 550 off a box and equipment free and my bench is only 355...so thats a killer bc i have long long arms...so its tough u know

hey guys...i wasnt being too serious, just trying to make a point that all the stong guys left my gym, thats all lol...sorry if it came across the wrong way...maybe u guys heard of him John Bott...i dunno exactly what his numbers were just making a point that he was strong and all those guys left my gym...sorry for the confusion
