since EST is fucked up for who knows how long, im going to start logging over here
yesterday i did legs SQUATS, dunked em all the way down raw, belt only 405x5 405x5 405x5 405x5 405x10 BB fixed lunges 4 trips across gym, supersetted with leg raises, 4 sets cable abs, supersetted with back exts, 4 sets BW 272 |

the way the tape is filmed is the camera turned on as i warmed up with the bar, and he never shut the thing off until after i did my last set and bodywieght weighin.
i think i do this barx5 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x1 475x1 505x1 515x1 225x40 bodyweight weigh in footage stops i want the youtube vid to start at the 475 as im wrapping my wrists up and stuff, then after i finish the attempt, edit out the fluff until the next attempt and so on. 475x1, 505x1, 515x1, 225x40 and my weigh in is what i want in on the tape, with the title i put in the PM my back feels good on it's good days, as long as i dont aggrivate it. squats with good form dont bother right now |
