the way the tape is filmed is the camera turned on as i warmed up with the bar, and he never shut the thing off until after i did my last set and bodywieght weighin.

i want the youtube vid to start at the 475 as im wrapping my wrists up and stuff, then after i finish the attempt, edit out the fluff until the next attempt and so on.

my back feels good on it's good days, as long as i dont aggrivate it. squats with good form dont bother right now
