Rack pulls 495 x 5 585 x 3 635 x 3 675 x 2 ran out of gas 695 x 1 Waited about ten minutes before pullin it. pullups 34 25 45lbplt x 10 70lbs x 7 3 sets of preacher curls I'm pump, with all the fricken injuries I have this was sweet. |

I almost ruined my ability to do pullups with my shoulder injury but slowly they are coming around again.
I aggravated my shoulder again this weekend doing IGB got out of the groove thats all it took, sore as shit now. Dont have time for it as I'm on a bulk run so IBU and Ice will have to do temporarily. dbc, I see your lifts have really taken off thats great. Just remember to take care of your body, give it a break once in a while. |

I have been doing some rehab on my shoulder the past month. Just rotator cuff problems, if you want I can pm you the routine. It's pretty much what the athletic training dept. here does for rehab on shoulder injuries.

I just need to start doing them again. With all the injuries I have I started looking for a reason so I looked to diet more specifically the blood. I found higher acidic levels can lead to tendinitis among other risks so I am manipulating my diet to keep a better acid-alkaline balance. |
