Squat Day
10 min tread mill Squats 155 x 10 205 x 10 245 x 6 295 x 6 335 x 6 365 x 6 x 3 all no box, only light knee wraps to keep knees warm. powertec squat mach. 3pps x 14-20 x 3 this thing just works the hell outta my glutes. Leg curls 6 sets I didn't count the reps focused more on TUT and they were burning by half way through. Looks like floor presses can go either day but assistance day sounds like a plan for me. I still can't find what percentages to use and a lot of you tube videos they seem to being doing doubles mostly. I think Ill start out doing 4-5 reps till I get the feel for them make the appropriate adjustments weight wise. Dan Nice to see you around again stop back more will ya. I'm going straight weight for the first run add chains once I get the feel for them. Any chance you'll be back hitting the weights heavy anytime soon? |

225 x 6 275 x 6 315 x 5 shirted up 345 x 4-5 x 3 Flat DB 85's x rep work 95's x " x 3 Skull crushers decline 125 x 10 135 x 10 x 2 Tri dwns 2 sets Got it to near an inch of touching a few times. This shirt is tearing me up on the under/backside of my upper shoulder/armpit. This workout kicked my butt, all the bench reps were paused big time as I was experimenting trying different things to get it to touch. |

yeah dude i know what you mean,my shirt has me roughed up in the exact same spots.i actually have scabs there now,more than from last week,because they were ripped off on sunday.i am taking this week off from the shirt.it sucks showering with those fuckers too, because they get soft and then come off again and it burns like a fucker as well.i hope it just builds up scar tissue so i don't have to worry about it anymore.

The shirt is brutal that's for sure.
Back Day lat pull dwns 5 sets Low pulls 5 sets cable curls 2 sets concentration curls 2 sets My body felt like I got hit by a train following my last posted bench wo must have been trying to get sick as it took till not to feel 100% again. |
