Squats SSB 155 x 10 205 x 10 245 x 8 265 x 8 265 + chains x 6 x 2 245 x 10 All box squats 12 or 13 inch high; I cant remember which/ Leg Press 5pps x 20 x 2 6pps x 17-20 x 3 Another light day. I'm feeling a lot better not so beat up, good sign. |

RDL 225 x 10 315 x 10 x 3 SS Leg Curls 4 x 10 moderate weight. I'm wiped busy day and these workouts are exhausting. time to eat Stay Strong |
