20 Weeks on: PCT Questions

So, I have been on back to back cycles for 20 weeks. I have chosen to do PCT by Anthony Roberts; it looks like this:

WK1 Nolvadex 20mgs/day + HCG 500iu/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day + Vitamin E1,000iu/day
WK2 Nolvadex 20mgs/day + HCG 500iu/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day + Vitamin E1,000iu/day
WK3 Nolvadex 20mgs/day + HCG 500iu/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day + Vitamin E1,000iu/day
Wk4 Nolvadex 20mgs/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day
Wk5 Nolvadex 20mgs/day
Wk6 Nolvadex 20mgs/day

I already purchased all of the gear listed above. The problem I have is that the HCG comes 5,000 IU an amp (1ml). How am I supposed to split that up in to 21 500IU shots (1 500IU Shot per day for 3 weeks)?

I have read many articles indicating that it is best to do many smaller shots over a continuous period of time then to do large doses all at once. Any advice is much appreciated.

Take an old vial. if you have one with rubber stopper and transfer it in that.

Why would I do that? We are talking about 5000 IU of HCG in one amp already. The problem I am having is how to make that 1ml of liquid into 10 equal shots. I mean, does a 1/10 of a CC shot even do anything? Also, does it need to be intramuscular or can it be subcutaneous?

I don't even know if you should be trusting what anthony roberts said. I read he is a scammer,so be careful. Im not believing it 100% but alot of stories on him.

the pct looks ok, the hcg is supposed to be used in one shot for the purpose it is intended but, for bodybuilding purposes you really need more sterile/bacteriostatic water.
i like to mix one 5000iu in to 5ml liquid and shoot .5ml ed or 1000iu eod.
