Unhappy losing weight, gain muscle after car crash?

I need help I was in a car crash about a year and a half ago. I tore both biceps and chest muscles. While recovering i gained 60 pounds and lost muscle mass. Can anyone give me advice on what to do and take to get back into shape. Plus I'm 37yrs old and time is ticking, Thanks!

You have to become active again.Start some weight training & cardio(walking on a treadmill)& have to change your eating habits .There are many threads on this site covering these subjects .Use the search button,as its all there. Not trying to be rude by anymeans.
Hope your well enough to begin.

I would certainly look into hiring a personal trainer experienced with this kind of thing. Maybe a PT who does side work. Also gh !!!

First of all, how bad are your tears? That 60lb. of weight gained is that mostly fatty tissue? I went through a car accident and a fight with the driver and his buddies in the other car! Fucked me up real good. While resting in the hospital
I gained 30lb. making my weight at 260lb! FAT ASS! LOL So with my bones mending and everything I went back to the gym. I started with minimal weight and gradually got up to where I was before. I'm now at 220lb. and I have a CPL and a 9mm for those assholes!
