well if i can offer u any words of encouragement, i poured my heart and soul into my last diet down, to get into that condition... im not naturally a lean guy, but anything is attainable if ur willing to work for it... now not to bad mouth any ifbb pros, but most of them prolly dont know the difference btwn a carb and a protein despite their phenomenal physiques
im super super busy rite now but if u can send me a sample of ur diet, i can prolly make some suggestions... right off the bat though, cheat days are a bad bad idea... like maybe ONE cheat meal a week is acceptable if u want to get really lean, but an entire cheat day for most ppl is enough to flush 6 days of strict dieting down the drain... id actually guess this is ur problem rite now
but in general, i stick with just protein and veggies every day, every meal... i have ONE carb meal every 5th day rite now that is 240g of carbs just from rice cakes... i track my weight once a week and increase or decrease my cals and/or cardio based on how fast im coming in
but send me ur current diet and ill get back to u when i can
keep in mind, getting into that kinda shape took me 15 weeks and everything i had... i lost my gf during that time, barely went out, was a bitch most of the time and barely had the energy to get outta bed most days
now with my refined approach things arent that bad, but sometimes that is what it takes and sometimes things take a bit longer than u anticipate, so just keep that in mind
