I curl at different points of the bar. close, medium of far apart. I always finish with either concentration curls, hammer curls or alternating standing or seated curls. I do heavy inclines and weighted dips on chest day with other exercises thrown in. (diff every time) Heavy close grip flat bench presses. I also do rack deads sometimes on back day. On back day, I'll do lots of rowing exercises. I work traps on back days with the bar both in front and behind my back. |
