thanks! dont know, i havent measured my arms in years (seriously). 5 years go they were 19" , so i really have no idea. Nth, I dont have any special training for shoulders. The standard stuff. My shoulders are PURELY GENETIC. I was ALWAYS thin up until college (6' 139 lbs, no joke) but my collar bone is lengthy which, in turn, gives me a very broad shoulder and back |

My legs are terrible. Not proportionate with my body, this is my weakest body part. They are ok but not like they should be. This year has been so far my laziest year. HItting the gym about 3 maybe 4 days a week. Should have gone tday, didnt. Need more motivation. May join another gym, things are getting way too routine and boring |

I was going to say that your legs look a little out of proportion and I can see where your delts would overshadow your chest. But really, you look good bro. If you ever want to change your handle, I think the username "Boulder Shoulders" would be very fitting! LOL

BTW Sam, you & I have very opposite physiques. I am about 6' 1" too but my strong body parts are chest, back & legs. My weak points are shoulders, biceps and traps. I go about 225lbs right now too. I'd post a pic if I weren't so out of shape right now....LOL.

looking great bro! you know its funny because i was just thinking about the same thing the other day myself, as for the face thing. i always seem to have a little bit more of a rounded face, even when lean. thinking back even when i was fighting and was super lean with an eight pack i still had a round face, actually kinda self conscious about it to tell the truth. always wondered why so if you get an answer to this one Sam please let me know!
but again bro you are huge, i would also like to see your cycle! |

Since a few have asked....cycle wise, im always on....test stay on year round anywhere from 1g-1.5g a week. Thats always my base.
I just ended a cycle 3 weeks ago of 50mg dbol and 100mg a-50 a day on top of the 1.5g test per week. Minimum bloat. Typical cycle. Also 10iu gh ed Switched over and kept 1.5 gs test a week now but this one is kinda hefty, so i dont really need any preachers out there. 100mg anavar/day, 200mcg igf ed, 5iu gh (always ran 10iu ed but this is the first that im keeping it low), 315mg masteron ed (never used this med b4), 1.5g tren week. Again, this is more so a heavy cycle for me. I really dont run anything higher than this and i wont keep it this high all that long either..maybe 6 weeks or so. Now I did run igf 3 months ago in an experimental cycle and went as high as 1mg(1000mcg eod) my last week on it....I ramped it up to that dosage over the course of 4 weeks....phenominal recomp on my body. Im wondering if you can use IGF ed like gh and still get the benefits, moderate dosage at maybe 50-100mcg/ed. I understand that it "gives out" after multiple weeks , however, the effects could still remain if continuously used. This is in theory, i really dont know |

Fuck yeah that is a lot of gear. I have a bit of a morbid curiosity about what would happen if I ran that much gear but that is a long way away from me.
Re the facial bloating, has it been like that even before you started juicing? Had a mate who ran dbol on his first cycle and his face has always kinda retained a bit of fluid ever since even when he is lean elsewhere. Another mate never touched gear, is fairly lean but ever since he had his wisdom teeth out it was like the swelling never went completely away. I wouldn't mind some shoulders like yours mate, they are fantastic. I'm fighting an uphill battle against a genetically bigger chest and ribcage that overpowers my shoulders. |
