Well, if it will give you some comfort, I think that you'll look damn good as a 40 y/o! If you keep up the working out thing that is! Gravity can do terrible things to a woman! I wish certain parts of me were as sensitive to gravity as womens boobs are! But we can't have everything!

You look amazing as always. Your nutrient ratios are probably off with regards to building muscle. Your carbs are probably too low but your proteins seem to be right on. You need the carbs in order for the proteins to do its job schwingy... Keep training heavy, you will grow soon enough, I wished I had started training at your age!
