Hey guys, I have come across a really simple and easy meal to cook.
Large Packet of Ravioli Large jar of pasta sauce 200g Rocket leaves 1kg diced chicken Mix all together in a large bowl and place in large baking dish. Cook on 200c for 40 mins. Cool and serve.......................... What do you guys think of this meal when bulking? Plenty of protein and carbs? Cheers! |
