The boysenberry is a hybrid of blackberries, raspberries, and loganberries. This stimulating blend of boysenberries and blueberries is a salute to the baddest of all boys. 1-3 scoops of chocolate flavored whey, chocolate soy milk, 1 banana, as much ice as you like (the more the thicker), (optional) peanut butter or use choc/peanut flavour protein (P.V.L. nutrition) combine everyything in a blender
