Cool What's up Anabolex Forums

Hey buff dudes and future buff dudes same goes for the gals as well
I am new to this forum and wanted to say what's up to everyone here
A little about me I've been weight training and fairly fit my whole life until a back injury happened at age 27(put a damper on weight training heavy)after 6 months of laying around eating viccodins you can imagine what that did to my fitness(I put on 30 pounds and not the kind of weight anyone like to put on diet out the window training went with it(physical therapy was hard enough) so after 3 yrs of being overweight I joined a local martial arts class and got back into shape and learned Ketsu Kai a mixed martial art which I have a brown belt in and finally got the urge to get back to lifting. Been lifting moderate weight for last 3 years finally started going heavy to see how my back will handle it and have a friend that has had a back injury and is on cycle with Test Prop and Primo right now and suggesting me to join him due to it helps with his back pain actually nearly eliminates it, mine is non existent due to martial art streching and warm ups keep my back pain free but would like to try a first cycle and from extensive research Test prop at 300-400/week sounds like what I am leaning towards, not sure if I was supposed to write a book here or not or mention some of the things I did my apologies if out of forum guidelines I guess I'll go read the guide lines now. Thanks for listening oh my stats 39yrs old 240lbs 6'1" 22%bf looking to drop to around 15% and add 7-10% lean body mass. With or without the juice.

Hi Sword... hope you can overcome your back injury and get right back into life again. Seems like you're already on the right track.

Thanks to everyone, I have been away doing some well needed traveling and took some great souveneirs home form Thailand, everything went smooth even received all my packages I sent to my self. I know I live in the U.S. but man there is so much better living in other countries, I could definitely live well in Thailand, maybe not right in Bangkok but just outside the big city has some nice areas. Nice beaches there and the other beaches aren't so bad either, met a couple hot ones!! TTYL~Sword
