Ok i just tested out my blood glucose meter after i was done training and read 80mg/dl. Which is pretty low from what i gather, i though the regular levels are low 100's. Anyway i had a big dinner and then it went up to 88mg/dl 30mins after eating (12 tacos and 2 cokes). Now i was reading in the booklet that a high hemocrit level can throw the results off and im pretty sure eq raises your RBC. Any input on this? I am taking IGF post work out at 40mcg but did not take any today.
