clen will only work for about 2-3 weeks if you take it continuously.
It will also suppress your thyroid gland, so be prepared for rebound when you come off. It also is cardio-toxic, meaning it may kill heart cells. Dose, start lower and build up, as your body will adapt quickly and you will have to increase the dose What you achieve with clen can be done with cardio and diet. its not worth the side effects and tha money |

I would recommend she starts training with weights or some form of resistance training a couple times a week
Basically it is about eating less and avoiding things like sugar/caffeine, and exercising a little bit more Nutriton should be your biggest focus |

If she eats clean, lifts at least 3 times a week and does cardio, she doesn't need anything else....she needs to do this for AT LEAST 6 months.... If she's lazy and eats too much, and wants some easy way out.....then that's a different story! |

She doesn’t need to use any aid ... all she needs to do is cut down her fat intake and work hard with excise I don’t believe in any diet pills. Getting in shape is simple, eat properly and work out... it helped me..… My pals that take ephedrine or any form of pills as soon as they stop they just gain the weight back. the answer is not to give up .... |

General advice is to workout, until u reach a plateau the natural way.... people are getting into gear/steroids waaaay too soon, thinking its some magic "pill"
If your wife, works out the way u described, and having a good/strict diet, she should drop a lot of weight REAL QUICK.... It's all about consistency, and more consistency..... |
