The protein and cream diet was used by Larry Scott as well. It does not lead to a heart attack but will add a lot of size.

They must be mesomorphs then.

What kinda cream we talkin bout? Ice cream?

Is that the entire diet or just 'post workout nutrition'?


Blair promoted his products with skillful salesmanship but he also made an important suggestion that would ensure that his products actually worked--he insisted that his protein be taken with raw cream or half and half. He was smart enough to know that you must replace the fat removed from protein during processing. He also recognized the benefits of raw dairy products. Athletes of the 1960s used a variety of recipes, varying the proportions of Blair’s protein product with raw cream, raw milk and raw egg yolk. Weight-trainer Don Howorth remembers eating 3 dozen eggs, 1 quart raw cream, and 2 pounds ground sirloin along with 2-3 cups of Blair’s protein powder per day.

Half & Half. And it was taken evenly throughout the day along with red meat and other food.

Perfect example of how important what you put in your face and how you lift is.

10mg dbol a day. And there are guys that are dropping 50mg per day on their first cycle now that will never even come close to that.

TyHigs - I don't have any specific links, but I do remember reading what you've quoted somewhere. This info is in a couple spots on the Internet but tough to find. I got if from Larry Scott, Don himself, and Vince G. - none directly of course, but just bits and pieces from here and there.

I think the thermogenic effect may come from the simple fact that your body has to work harder to metabolize protein.

raw cream, raw eggs

its a vince gironda diet and it how most guys in teh 50s 60 and 70s ate that way. read about vince gironda and you will see the ins and out of eating this way. most most people have no idea how smart Vince was. most dietary and training priciples that are populer today are rippedoff from Vince. read his stuff. all the top pros of that era trained and ate how Vince said. he knows his shit. He was a pioneer


and unlike what bricker said it will not give you a heat attack, its actually how were meant to eat high fat , high protein.
i just had blood work and my cholesterol is awesome, my doctor said it nuts how high my hdl is


all the important vitamins we need are always present in fats. you cannot get vitamin A anywhere else other than animal fat. when protein present in food so is fat, every time. you need fat to digest proteins nutrients properly.

you guys try this and see you will explode in size without using much AAS. many hundreads of guys were doing this in the 60s

foods is the biggest anabolic, eating like that will maximze your natural hormonal output as well.

trying eating raw eggs, raw milk, raw cream in large qauntities and see what happens


strongman from 70-100 years ago had no AAS whatever and blow away what alot of guys on steroids guys look like today and were much stronger, some of these guys were unbelivable strong, guess what they ate exactly this type of way.

just so you guys know this has to be raw dairy not pasteurized, do not do this with pasteurized dairy or you just might run into health issues,

its raw cream they used. i feel this is teh way to do things. if you look at pictures of these guys they look good, they don't look like their going to die any second , they used resonable dosages and new how to eat properly and got great results.

take a look who is in the backround. Don howworth was built by Vince. so was arnold by the way and many hundreads more followed Vince's way.

I've always believed the old ciba dbol was superior to what is out there now. I was never lucky enough to try it but do know some old timers that ran it (including Larry Scott). It was powerful stuff.

Larry is a great guy and kept his build well into his 60's. Great Champ and greata guy all around.

protein and cream was an idea used to sell blairs protein powder. people got great results by ading raw cream to their portein so it sells better off course. vince used to work with blair on his proteins but then they parted ways


what howworth did was cream and raw eggs and other raw dairy as advised by vince who though raw eggs were like steroids as far as what they can do for you
