I'm excited about the upcoming season !!!!

My son (12yrs old) went to this years International Development Tournament in Penticton BC. Its a 10 game tournament where high level kids come from all over Canada USA and Europe. They form 6 teams... then play a 10 game tournament. My son's team made to the finals but lost 3-2 in O/T. He finished the tourny with +27, 16PM, 2G, 2A. Check the video of some of his hits and plays. He's the big defensman #17 in yellow.

That's pretty great for Keenan and I've got my money on him making the national team this year too...just wait until he getd drafted and then you guys will have to fly to all his games, lol, and you thought it was expensive now!

I don't know much about hockey, but your son moves very well on the ice....I thought he was closer to 17-18 when I watched it, then I re-read your post---12 years old!!

Very impressive......its cool watching your kids in sports, and I get more satisfaction from watching my son than competing myself.

Thanks guys..... yup... I'm a proud pappa.
My favorite part of the video is the hit at about 2:20 where the other kid's glove and stick go flying.... lol.
