Alright im in the Canadian military first off and want to get my test level's checked. I currently have shoulder problems and haven't hit the gym in 2 years, I cycle to work every other day but I just have no desire to hit the weights again, bad headaches due to the pain, I don't know what to due. I/m super moody, cranky, friggin feel like a girl pms'n. Physio hasn't worked and surgery didn't do much at all for my right shoulder, so my next stop is chiro.
How do you guys get back from injuries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!! Plus some doc's/physio say I need to lose weight I gained from my training days but unless I reconfigure my damn genetics Its not possible........I mean 253 pounds 14-16% bf@ 22yrs, no IM 24 and 25 in now currently at 252 pounds real sloppy though (with fat) 22-24% beats me just a guess...................man all I wanted to do is compete some day and now everything is ruined because my initial injury was misdiagnosed by our wonderful under qualified reserve medics ugh. (im reg force this is my career not a hobby). I guess this is more a rant and rave thing right now but will HGH work for me to lose weight or muscle mass kind of a weird thing to ask but I read that HGH can cause carpel tunnel syndrome and I already have tendon problems. |

Lil Test, lil deca to ease the joints.. slow build up in workout intestity over a 4 week period... making sure to focus on compound movements... squat, bench press, dead lift, shoulder press, chin ups.. slow and easy.. light weight at first and keep adding pounds and by week 4-6 you should be stretched out and ready to rock.
Add in some fish oils for muscle inflammation and of course high protein! You could go for so HGH, and the carpal tunnel syndrome is an over-rated side affect, easily dealt with for most. Gotta realize HGH is a 6 - 12 month process and the results as far as muscle growth will be less than spectacular. Fat loss on the other hand will be incredible.. you're only 22 so the benefits of HGH won't be as high as they would 10 pr 15 years from now.. but you should do ok. I would normally say don't hit the juice if you haven't trained for two years, but the Deca may help solve the pain issues. |

Ya i was training sense i was 18, when i hit 23 i decided to juice it up. I was too young IMO cause i believe i had lots more room for natural growth. So im 24 now and need to repair my broken body, a few people i know have miracle storys from GH and i assume it would only benefit me as well. I feel for deca i used it b4 and i liked it maybe 300mg a week with something else, Test E doesnt really effect me unless i use a really high dose. Only problem is my guy got busted heard hes still around cause he is a friend of mine but i wont go near him now. Plus my other has shit ass gear very painfull....

sorry to hear about your injuries bro...it sucks being out of the gym. I've come back from a few injuries.
Latest one was a neck injury that kept me out of the gym for 2 years. Luckily for me it was physio that's gotten me back in order. The biggest key like beachboy hinted at, is the slow build up in intensity. You have to start out slow, but you also have to keep the weights down. Don't let your ego get the better of you. I started back in the gym after this last injury using really light weights at first...and slowly increased intensity over a few month period until I was back pushing weights like I used to. If you're suffering from shld problems then you'll want to stay away from bench for a bit...the only exercise you'll be comfortable doing that beachboy lists is probably the squats. Just get back in there doing light movements with a lower intensity. suck it up for a bit but eventually the desire will come back. good luck bro, Conquistador |
