I know, its amazing these parents are so upset that their kids are showing dedication to bettering themselves, training and eating right!
I bet they wouldn't think twice if the same kids were comming home from the pub drunk, smoking and eating junk food, or spending all their time in front of the TV or Games or something.

Dont you think that 17 year old's contest prep was a bit shit though?
Nothing but white fish and a few oat cakes again and again for 12 weeks.
No chicken, beef, vegetables, brown rice, olive oil, nuts nothing just fish and oat cakes!
And all that wine to dehydrate.
Pretty damn stupid to go out drinking after the Universe contest and end up in hospital with a drip too.

That 13 year old kid was pretty dedicated though for his age and a 60kg bench at 13 is nothing to be sniffed at.

I dunno if his diet was like that for all 12wks, but it seemed to work somewhat alright for him. The carbs throughout the day is new to me. I thought for precomp when 2wks out you start only having carbs in AM and small amnt after workout.

Getting drunk for your contest? Go on stage and dance and flex like you never knew possible lol.

Its funny that young kid jack reminds me of myself when I was 12. I had the weights in the basement doing the same thing. Ahhh the good ole days

I hate fake tan. That shit should be banned. Tanning bed, melanotan, or the sun should be the only options.

I saw an episode of trading spouses or wife swap where one family had a 16 year old bodybuilding son and they fucking waited on him, prepping his meals, even paying no attention to the other children in the family. The father was an ex bodybuilder and the biggest shmuck I have ever seen, it was a fucking rediculous. Off topic, but this thread reminded me of it.

On the other hand, I can't agree with the kid's decision to quit school just to train. Not to mention the fact that he has no job.
