mate i could'nt agree more,no truer words have been spoken-
fuck ive had my share of dramas mostly all women related but i leant on a few close mates & they helped prop me up when i was down.

life is never smooth but you do your best in any given situation, some things are easier to get over then others.

Good advice Tony...really sad and tragic and although we will never know the pain they went through to end up like this...help is there if needed especially when you have good friends and family who are willing to listen.

If anyone has a friend or family member going through a rough time please... please get them to open up and talk about it and get some counselling..in the end its ahuman life we are talking about.

RIP Iron Mike you will be indeed missed!

See the problem with people that end their lives is that they are normally the people you least expect. They are really good at putting on a brave face because that is how they get through their days and nights. It is very sad, very very sad!!

This really does suck. IM was one of the guys here that helped me through my health issues over the last 2 years. His advice was nothing short of inspiring and made me feel generally better about my self. I wish I had have known he was not well. I never met him face to face so one day I would like to put a face to the name. If anyone has a pic of him in happier times and would like to post please do so. (Maybe check with the Mods first though).

No one is ever truly alone, but in saying that I know and can see from my own experiences of late that it isnt always easy to open up to anyone. As bad as keeping it in is you do and dwell on your own thoughts and they grow an fester.

IM gave me the best advice anyone in my life has about life and aiming for what I want and being happy now...... Life aint easy, guess it aint spose to be to make you appreciate the good times...
