I know that on/off cycle is supposed to be one of the most effective on the market.. but I've heard that they aren't a good idea for someone my age (twenty).
I'm sure if couldn't be worse for me than taking test (which i haven't).
What do you guys think?

Your natural levels should be fine for now. Here is the question - are making good gains? If you are making good gains naturally then keep at it, no need for juice yet.
Fizogen is a terrible company. I'm shocked you heard their supps were good.
The best test booster is honestly squats, deadlifts, a diet high in protein and fat plus rest.
I truly mean that too.
OTC test boosters dont work.

But I read in the new Muscle and Fitness mag about some supps that are better than steroids, are you telling me that they're lying??

LW is right, most OTC test boosters do not raise test levels enough to have an impact on muscle mass... they are great for men with lower than normal test levels and ED, but they do nothing for a bodybuilder

You're absolutely right.. however.... I recently used ActivaTe by designer supps, used it alongside Rebound Reloaded.
Was very happy with it, decent increase in strength and noticable size gains. While any effects the supplement may of had are totally subjective - i do feel it was "working" , much more so than any other test boosters ive used in the past.

Thanks for the input.

I spoke with a pharmacist on the topic a while back, and he said the supplements do what they're intending to do (raise test levels) but to the degree that's so slight, they're worthless for any kind of major improvements!
he said all you need for supps is
Whey, Creatine/ and food.
Then i told him
how about 1000mg of test, 50mg of dbol, and a lifelong prescripton to both??
Then he asked me to leave

I have used Axis-HT for short gaps b/w cycles and found it to work quite well. Also used it in addition to cycles every so often b/c I feel that it kinda brings me back online the way in wich hcg would I guess. I have not been off for a few years now, but there have been a couple short gaps where I have used the product and found that it worked well, especially for libido.

Novedex XT, best one I ever used, now I use it between cycles.
bump what LW said about fats ,get more saturated fats and cholesterol in your diet and your natural test levals will maximize, and i don't mean macdonals or other processed shit, were talking real foods

Zinc... try it.
Totally agree. Take Zinc before bed.
Of course, what LW. Big exercises and good diet. Nothing is better.

ok, i know how you're feeling...you ask a question in the supplements section, and all you get it 'lift heavy...'.
the usual.
Well I agree, and would like to point out that the guys are just trying to save you some money. If you're doing all the compound movements recomended above with the right foods and adequate sleep and still want a stack of herbs / minerals that may optimize test production try BEAST super test.
It's got the ZMA (zinc recommended above) as well as some other decent ingredients. It's expensive but it's as good as you''re going to get without going with hormones or other synthetics. If you want to go the more synthetic route while staying legal try generic labz products.

Hey Jeff.
It's good you asked that kind of question.
IMO, I'd say some good things you could do to keep your testosterone levels elevated, or somewhat optimum would be to:
- make sure you have a diet sufficient enough in calories to around your estimated daily caloric expenditure (not too sloppy though)
- allowing your body plenty of rest (uninterupted sleep is best)
- make sure you are doing a lot of compound exercises, bearing in mind that the heavier weights and low rep range are better IMO
- take in a strong zinc supplement, and lots of it, try to bear in mind, not all zinc tablets are created equal, a lot of them are chelated with minerals to enhance asorbtion, I recommend zinc gluconate. don't forget some minerals/vitamins inhibit the absorption of zinc, so try not to take them at the same time as the zinc. and don't forget, when you lift heavy weights regularly, you're putting stress on your body, and your nutritional needs incrase in demand, and zinc is a water based mineral, so don't be afraid to take in ample amounts throughout the day. IMO, some zinc upon rising, around your training time, and before bed is best.
-tribulus supplements. i can't recommend any because the supplements available on shelves in the USA, you can't get here in Australia. be sure to read labels and the active saponins and other ingredients is what is most important.
hope this helped mate!
