seeing as protein is broken down into amino acids is there much point in adding amino acids to your daily supplements if you are already taking protein shakes and eating well.

what do you guys think. a waste of money or worth adding them in.

Short answer, they are useful, but only in certain circumstances. If you're cutting and are calorie restricted, it'll help you out yes. Otherwise, stick with steak, eggs and protein powder.

Agreed.
Certainly not bad, but you get far more aminos in one egg then in about 20tabs.

If you are really restricting cals then I can see some point. But its not cost effective.

If you eat eggs, chicken, steak and have protein shakes you will have far more amino's then you know what to do with. You would need 5 bottles of aminos to equal the aminos in a day's worth of regular food.

But they are not a scam or bunk supp by any means.

I use them for the sake of convenience; if a good protein source is unavalible I pop a couple and I'm good to go. Usually carry a daily dosage around in my pockets.
