I have tried to stay clear from pasta and bread for a while now as I've been leaning up but I don't see the harm in having it once or twice a week now that I'm happy with my BF%. That being said I don't wanna got and buy the pasta sauce off the shelf that has alot of unecessary crap.

What kind of sauces do you guys tend to lean towards do you make your own?

fresh grape tomatoes and jal peppers from the garden and some bell peppers from the store.....with some spices... but im sure you can find a pasta sauce at whole food stores that is very minimally processed...
