stir fry chicken for body builders!

ingredients used
410 gram pack of chicken = 3 breasts
around 150 gramms of rice
1 small - medium onion
2 bell peppers
chicken seasoning
salt
squeezed juice of a quarter of a lemon
rice - i used American long grain rice

recipe,

step 1
prepare about 100 - 150 grams of rice, it was over half a mug/cup for me,
place in pot add double the amount in the cup of water and put on the stove at high heat untill it boils, once boiling, cover the pot and simmer untill the water has almost completly dried up at this point turn the heat off and leave the pot for atleast 15 mins the longer the better ( for perfect rice same applies for basmati ) also please note you can start the rice before you cook the chicken so you can let it sit for longer,
now for the stir fry,
peel and quarter the onion, and have the chicken ready chopped up in chunks to your desired chunkyness :),
now get a large frying pan or skillet, got the heat up to medium to high, put in about 3 - 4 table spoons vegetable oil, and now throw on the onion, after about 30 seconds of frying the onion throw in the chicken, now keep it on med to high heat for a couple of mins so your searing the chicken, at this time i throw in 1 table spoon or 2 - 3 teaspoon of chicken seasoning and stir in well now your nearing 5 mins total pan frying time lets move on

step 2
at 5 mins cooking time reduce to low heat and leave for 10 mins to cook the chicken, during the 10 mins
course chop or finely chop to your liking two mediem sized bell peppers i used red, and throw them in around the 12 - 15 min cooking time mark,
at the point stir the pan well and now squeeze the juice out of the quarter slice of lemon and stir in well, let it cook on low heat for another 5 - 10 minutes and its done,

step 3 place in tupaware or serve and eat!

Awesome post. I wonder what the caloric breakdown would be? This looks like a good pre/post workout meal.
