Hello as the title says, can i freeze home made juice, for example if i took the Jack Lalane (sp) juicer and made up some apple / orange / kiwi / strawberrys / berries, you get what i mean, can you put the juice in containers and freeze them, and how long would they last untill the nutrients broke down etc, i want to do this as its cheaper for me to bulk buy fruit, as i got bills mortgage etc to pay for so money is limited, so yeah, what the experts around here think ?
Thank you

I personally can't see any reason that you shouldn't freeze. I would make them thick though and add your water to the as you reblend them. Sounds like a pretty good idea, and it would definitely save money + time with blender washing.

Absolutely, the color and texture may be a bit different when u thaw it, but besides that i cant see any problem with it--I'll take a batch ofstrawberry/banana.
