I didn't read the entire thread, so sorry if this is repeated. If you have a Gordan Food Service or GFS near you, go and look for a carton of frozen egg whites, like in a cardboard milk container. Just thaw and drink, or add some water and scoop of powder, whatever, cheap and easy!
