Are you attributing the joint pain from the
HGH or maybe arthritis? also are you 61 as your atavar suggests? Running with a 50lb pack for a mile is pretty dang good at age 61, I salute you, my knee's can't hack running at all at 48 (three surgeries), but we still have to keep moving, whether its weight lifting ,running or some kind of sports. props to you bro, keep up the good work!
