I've been doing trt at 250 a week for 8 months, the dr put me at 200 every 10 days but I wasn't getting the extra I needed so I split it every 3.5 at 125. Made a world of difference. I train hard, practially every day. If I'm not lifting, I'm running with a 50 lb pack on my back for a mile or wind sprints at the beach. I recently started running in place in the pool for 15 minutes. I start out at a normal pace then blast it up to full power for about 2 minutes then I slow down again attempting to do this at least 8 times. Let me tell you many times I can't get out of the pool as my legs are like rubber. With the bump to 250 it don't hurt as bad. Also been on
hgh @ 3 iu 5 day but the joints are screamming with pain especially my toes, I limp from the joint pain.
