Leg extensions/ haven't been able to do these since my surgery 2+ yrs ago. Always felt like impending doom, enjoyed the **** out of them made for a good finishing pump yesterday. I haven't tried them in 6-8 months so slow and steady just might win the race we'll see. Hack squats, yea ns, I never thought I would be able to do these again I'm using girl weight compared to 4/5 plates a side I use to do after heavy squats, ugh.
Every time I go into the 4's squatting my knee gets pissed the following couple days so I am going to have to force myself to stay in the three's a while longer then test the waters again in a few months.
