I started using ostazol 2 weeks ago and i like it. feel like my workouts are a lot more intense when I use the stuff. My girlfriend has been working out with me and she would like to try it as well to give her a boost but I wasn't sure if it's safe for females

I started to do fasted morning cardio and taking a pre workout before hand that has some stimulants in it. It seems to be working well for me but i also am interested in ostazol. Should I combine the supplements or can I only run one at a time, I don't want to get too greedy and ruined my progress
